Terms of service
Responsible Party:
I am at least 18 years of age, am free to enter into this Waiver and Release and have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents of this document. In the event that I am executing this Waiver and Release on behalf of my minor child, I hereby represent that I have the authority to sign this Waiver and Release on behalf of such child, and I hereby assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my child’s participation in the cooking classes.
This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.
Hazardous Conditions: Allergies.
I acknowledge my understanding that (i) by participating in the cooking class(es) I may be exposed to hazardous conditions relating to food preparation, food handling, kitchen equipment and food consumption, which could result in serious accidents and allergic reactions; (ii) the Company uses ingredients that may contain allergens, including, but not limited to, dairy, nuts, glutens, shellfish and others; and (iii) my participation in the cooking class(es) may result in personal injuries, including, but not limited to, cooking related cuts and burns.
Photo/Video Release:
I grant the Company the absolute, unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide and irrevocable right, license and permission to use, re-use, copyright, publish, display, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, distribute, modify, edit, alter, make derivative works from or otherwise use for any purpose whatsoever any photographs, film or videotape or similar media (collectively, the “Photographs”) taken of me during my participation in the Company’s cooking classes including, but not limited to, the right to use the Photographs in any advertising or promotional materials, and release and discharge the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, suits or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Photographs, including but not limited to any claims for breach of rights of privacy or publicity.
Arbitration:
I consent to resolve any dispute arising from or related to this Waiver and Release by final and binding arbitration. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app? When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

Release of Claims:
In consideration of being permitted to participate in cooking class(es) provided by The Italian Diva, I hereby agree as follows: (i) I assume any and all risks of injury or death resulting from my participation in the cooking class(es); (ii) I waive, release, discharge and hold harmless The Italian Diva, and its owner, Dolores Royale, and their present, past, and future managers, agents, servants, employees, independent contractors, representatives, successors, assigns, administrators, affiliates, members, officers, directors, joint venturers, and trustees (collectively, the “Released Parties”), for any injury sustained as a result of my participation in the cooking class(es) and any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which I may incur as a result of such injury; (iii) I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding on my heirs, successors and assigns and shall remain in full force and effect for any future cooking class(es) I may choose to participate in with the Company.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES.
